I figured out the whole "dropping" thing

I awoke this morning to feeling as if I had a 50lb. sack of rice attached to the front of me. Those of you who have forgotten or in Kevin's situation have never been pregnant you may wonder how it is I wasn't feeling that way already. Ironically the medical world calls dropping "lightening". I don't feel any lighter and I haven't noticed any breathing ease with this little girl hedging her way downward. Heck no, all I feel is her giant head on my wee bladder. My itty bitty dogs are enjoying the fact that they can perch better on my belly when I let them on my lap though. I usually have a Yorkie on my shoulder and a Chihuahua on my boobs sleeping. Now I have the Yorkie on the shoulder and the Chi on my belly. You think they know? My friend Sara came over today and she too noticed the drop and thought it was cute/funny how the dogs are so up my butt. Well one thing can be said now, I sure do know what it is like to have something clinging to me. I just wish it were Don instead. I think it would be so much easier somedays if he could be a bit more compassionate about all of this. He gets a headache and throws a tantrum. I wobble through the house with the look of "shoot me now" and he just ignores it. I need a hug damnit! I need a moment everyday where he says "baby you're doing great, I can't believe how well you're doing". That would be great. That would be just peeeeachy. No such luck here. Nope, can't get him to look up from that damn Xbox. That's cool. I'll fix his little boat. Thursday is right around the corner. Xbox my ass. :) Whew, I feel better now.
